FAQs

1. I would like to order plants for delivery, will you deliver to my area?

At present we only deliver to any customer who lives in the Tayside and Fife regions of Scotland. That is not say that we will not deliver to your area if it is feasible for us to do so. If in doubt, please use our contact page to get in touch.


2. Is there a minimum order limit for your plant delivery service?

No. You can order as much as you require, the delivery charge of £3 will stand whether you order one item or 100.


3. I work for the NHS, do you offer NHS discounts?

Unfortunately we do not offer NHS discounts. While we value the incredible service the NHS staff have done for all of us during the pandemic, we are a small company and we have endeavoured to keep our costs to an absolute minimum to be able to offer all our customers the best possible deals we can.


4. I want to order garden furniture, will I have to wait two-four weeks for delivery to take place?

The two-four week delivery window is offered as a guide. All our wooden garden furniture is handmade and during the busy summer season, many orders for furniture are made and a realistic timeframe needs to be given to the craftspeople making the furniture. That said, many items in our garden furniture range are in stock and if these items are ordered, we endeavour to get your furniture delivered as soon as we possibly can. We encourage anybody interested in ordering furniture to contact us first and we can then give you a good idea of when to expect delivery. 


5. Do I need to be at home to take delivery of the furniture?

No. Our delivery service is contactless, no signature is necessary. If you order a piece of furniture then use the comments box to give us instructions on where you would like the furniture to be placed. When you return home, your furniture will be there waiting for you, in the place you want it to be.
